Maxine Fromm has an interdisciplinary background in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE), with a specialization in law. Since 2024, she is a PhD candidate at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development at Utrecht University. Her research focuses on how justice can be understood and applied in an industrial context to support a fair and sustainable transition. As part of the Sustainable Industry Lab, Maxine investigates this topic through a transdisciplinary dialogue, engaging stakeholders from government, industry, academia, and non-governmental organisations. Through this approach, she integrates different perspectives into both conceptual and practical insights.
