Suzanne van Kooten

Suzanne van Kooten is the Managing Director of the unit Strategic Analysis & Policy at knowledge organisation TNO. TNO wants to lead the way in creating system solutions to the challenges that our society faces: a safe and secure society, a sustainable society, a healthy society and the digitalisation of society and industry. These system solutions bring together changes in technology, behaviour, business and government regulation.

Suzanne studied Econometrics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, started her career in 1995 at a telecommunication research organisation and joined TNO in 2003. She has more than 25 years of experience in socio-technical and socio-economic innovation: “accelerating transitions using a transdisciplinary approach” with focus areas sustainability and digitalisation.

Since 2018 Suzanne is also the president of the board of Stichting Pensioenfonds TNO.
