Mark Sanders is Professor of International Economics at Maastricht University. His research is focused on the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in the transition with a special focus on the role of finance and institutions. His current research interests also expand into the areas of a fair energy transition, economic resilience and climate change adaptation.
