Enrico Partiti

Enrico Partiti is Legal Counsel for Sustainable Finance at Triodos Group. He responsible for the implementation of the EU Taxonomy. Before, he was an Assistant Professor of Transnational Regulation and Governance at Tilburg University, Research Coordinator at the TILEC Law and Economics Center (TILEC) and Associate Researcher at the T.M.C. Asser Institute in The Hague.

Partiti is an expert in international and European economic law, private regulation, responsible business conduct and supply chain regulation. His legal research, integrated with insights from sociology, global governance and human rights, studies how standard-setters and corporations globally regulate environmental sustainability and human rights issues.

He is the author of Regulating transnational sustainability regimes under EU and WTO Law (forthcoming with Cambridge University Press). He also contributed chapters in several edited volumes and regularly publishes in peer-reviewed journals, such as International and Comparative Law Quarterly, the European Law Journal, and the Journal of International Economic Law.
